1. How long is the delivery time?

All engravings are made individually by hand. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
In very urgent cases, please send us an email in advance or call us.

2. How & where are the bells engraved?

Your bell engravings are exclusively manufactured in craftsman factories in and around Hamburg.
Our engravers have decades of experience with the labelling of ship's bells and other high-quality gifts.
Bell engravings are among the most demanding engraving work, because the bell must be turned throughout this process to achieve a good typeface. The necessary machinery and equipment holders that are required for a good bell engraving are available at our engravers.

3. Can you engrave a special logo on the bell?

You will be able to upload your motif on this website shortly and we will define a price for you. Your uploaded logos are not visible for other users and are also not available to them.

4. Can I choose the colour of the engraving font?

Yes, this is possible.
Here is some detailed information for you: When engraving a bell, the letters and/ or logo can be added to the bell with a rotating cutter. The resulting indentation is filled with black paint afterwards so as to make for a good contrast compared to the bell surface. The price of the engraving offered already includes the black colouration of the labelling. If you desire a colour other than black, you can choose different colours via the order menu.

5. Can you ship the engraved bell to someone else as a gift?

Yes. Enter a different delivery address when placing your order. The recipient will receive your bell with a delivery slip without mention of the price.
Exception: In case of deliveries made outside the EU (e.g.: Switzerland), mention of the price is required for customs clearance.
On request, we package your engraved bell as a gift. Via the order menu, you can order a gift box and select the gift-packaging colour.
If you want, you can also specify a message to the recipient via the order menu.
The delivery time for engraved bells is about 14 days in Germany, 16 days in Austria, and 20 days in Switzerland.

6. Is gift packaging offered?

Yes. Via the order menu, you can order a gift box and select the gift-packaging colour. You can also add a message to the recipient via the order menu.
We can send the engraved bell straight to the recipient upon request. Simply enter a different delivery address when placing your order. The recipient will receive your bell with a delivery slip without mention of the price.

Sure. If you would like us to advise you in this regard, we are at your disposal via e-mail or by phone.

10. How is the text arranged on the bell?

Our engravers have many years of experience in the implementation of engravings.
If you provide no further information in the comments section, the engraver will arrange the text and the logo as best as possible on the bell. If you have any special requests, please let us know via the comments section.
